Delivery Consultant — Engineering & Manufacturing Recruitment

Surrey (Hybrid — 3 days office, 2 WFH) | Up to £35,000 basic DOE | Year 1 OTE £70,000+ | 3+ years recruitment experience required

Are you an experienced recruitment delivery professional with a solid track record in engineering or manufacturing?

We're representing a well-established, fast-growing STEM recruitment specialist based in Surrey — and they're looking for someone who genuinely knows their craft.

With 26 consultants on the team and more live vacancies than they can currently fill, this is a desk with real momentum. They're not looking for someone to learn on the job — they want a proven delivery consultant who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

YEAR 1 REALISTIC OTE: £70,000+ | Market-leading commission — no thresholds, no waiting

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS — please only apply if you meet these criteria:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a recruitment delivery or resourcing role

• Background in engineering — either recruiting within the sector or having worked in it

• A stable career history demonstrating commitment and progression

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Sourcing, engaging and placing engineering and manufacturing candidates into live vacancies

• Managing candidates through the full process — screening, interview prep, offer and onboarding

• Building strong, reliable candidate pipelines across key STEM disciplines

• Working closely with consultants to fill live roles quickly and with quality

• Delivering a genuinely consultative, high-quality experience at every stage

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• At least 3 years in a delivery, resourcing or 360 recruitment role — this is non-negotiable

• An engineering background, whether from the industry or recruiting within it

• A consistent, stable career history — this is a business that values loyalty and longevity

• Strong candidate management skills and a proactive, organised approach

• Real hunger to perform in a high-billing, fast-paced environment

WHAT'S ON OFFER:

• Up to £35,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
