A growing, independent recruitment agency in Tunbridge Wells is looking for a resourcer to join their team - and before you scroll past, hear this bit first.

The commission structure is genuinely one of the better ones I've seen for a 180 role. You get 25% of the consultant's fee share on every placement - perm and contract. This desk is busy - around 500 live jobs.

But the commission isn't even the main sell.

The markets are interesting. Data centres, renewable energy, T&D, construction, built environment. These aren't tired sectors, they're growing, and this agency is right in the middle of it.

The culture is genuinely decent. No bell-ringing. No toxic competition. Mixed age team, lots of banter, people who actually look out for each other. They go to the races, wine tasting, castle stays for Christmas.

The tech is solid. LinkedIn Recruiter, CV Library, Total Jobs, CRM, with a gamified about to launch, so you can track your own performance without someone breathing down your neck about it.

What they need from you:

A background in construction, engineering, renewables, data centres, utilities, T&D, or oil and gas - sector knowledge matters here. You don't need to have placed into all of them, but you need to understand the world.

Minimum around 18 months in recruitment. Pure resourcers welcome. 360 recruiters who want to move to 180 - also welcome, they've seen it work well.

One honest thing to flag: this is five days in the office to start, and they work across European time zones so you need to be someone who stays switched on.

If you're a strict 9 - 5 person, it's probably not the right fit.

Salary: Excellent package, depending on experience
