Delivery Manager

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Delivery Manager to support and lead client delivery across the US market within engineering. Based in Crawley, this role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management experience, and the flexibility to work across UK and US time zones.
You will be responsible for ensuring projects and client deliverables are managed efficiently, teams remain aligned, and customers receive an outstanding level of service throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the successful delivery of projects and services for US-based clients.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are achieved.
- Build strong relationships with clients and act as a key point of contact.
- Lead client meetings, progress updates, and delivery reviews.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure clear communication between operational, technical, and commercial teams.
- Support process improvements and help drive operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and delivery tracking.
- Work flexibly to support meetings and collaboration across US time zones.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Client Services role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Confident managing stakeholders and client relationships.
- Able to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Flexible approach to working hours to accommodate US clients.
- Experience working in fast-paced technology, digital, or service-led environments preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and project management tools is beneficial.
