Overview
We are working with a well-established international recruitment business that is looking to hire a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join a warm desk within their IT & Technical division. This position has become available following a long-tenured employee’s departure and also reflects continued growth within the business. The successful hire will take ownership of an existing desk with active clients and roles, with significant opportunity to rebuild and grow the technical recruitment offering. The role sits within a high-performing, collaborative team and offers strong earning potential alongside the opportunity to develop the desk into a future team.
The Role
This is a full 360 recruitment position where the successful consultant will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Business development
- Managing and developing existing client relationships
- Sourcing and qualifying candidates
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Building a pipeline of technical talent across multiple markets
- Working closely with internal teams who will pass across technical vacancies
The desk is warm, with roles already being generated by existing clients.

Geographic Coverage

- United Kingdom
- Europe
- France
- Switzerland
The business also has an established Swiss entity, allowing recruitment activity within Switzerland under local contractual frameworks.
Candidate Profile
The client is seeking someone who:
- Has experience working in a 360 recruitment role
- Is comfortable with business development
- Has experience recruiting technical or engineering roles
- Is motivated to build and develop a desk
- Can operate across multiple European markets
Language Requirements
- Fluent English (essential) – all internal communication is conducted in English.
Preferred additional languages:
- French
- German
Other European languages may also be considered.
Salary & Commission
- Base salary: £35,000 – £40,000
- Higher salaries may be considered for candidates with significant experience.
- Strong commission structure with excellent earning potential.
