Referrals

Here at Wisdom we like to reward individuals who believe in our service enough to recommend it to their friends, family and colleagues / wider network. Therefore if you refer an experienced recruiter to Wisdom and we successfully find them their perfect role, we will pay you up to £750! *

All you need to do is provide us with the name / contact details of the individual who you wish to refer and we will do EVERYTHING else!

The referral amount will be based on the level of the Candidate, which is as follows:

• £250 - Resourcers, Trainee Recruitment Consultants, Recruitment Researchers
• £500 - Recruitment Consultants across all levels, Team Leaders
• £600 - Branch Managers, Senior Managers, Recruitment Managers
• £750 - Director level

The referral fee is valid provided that:

• The referred candidate completes a minimum of 3 months’ work before the bonus is eligible in their placement
• The candidate is not already known to Wisdom Recruitment
• Individuals who are referred to Wisdom must be aware of this referral
• The offer expires 6 months’ from the date of referral to Wisdom
