Location: Chelmsford (covering Norfolk, Kent, Hertfordshire)

Overview:
A growing education recruitment team is seeking a motivated and proactive Recruitment Consultant. This is a full 360-degree recruitment role, providing the opportunity to develop your own desk, build strong client relationships, and deliver both permanent and contract placements across a diverse education portfolio.
The Role:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including business development, client management, and candidate placement.
- Develop and grow a desk within SEN, Primary, Secondary, or Tuition divisions.
- Take ownership of client relationships and generate new business independently.
- Collaborate with a small, high-performing team of education recruiters.
- Opportunity for career progression as the division expands.
Candidate Profile:
- Recruitment experience, preferably within education recruitment.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with strong business development skills.
- Confident in building a desk and generating new business independently.
- Positive, resilient, and independent; able to take ownership of results.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to engage in all aspects of the recruitment process.
