A growing recruitment agency in Romford is seeking a motivated 360 Education Recruitment Consultant to manage the full recruitment cycle. The role involves sourcing and placing teachers, teaching assistants, and support staff while building strong relationships with schools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business with schools across the region
• Manage candidate sourcing, screening, and placements
• Build and maintain client and candidate relationships
• Handle the full 360 recruitment process

Requirements:

• Previous recruitment experience (education preferred)
• Strong sales and business development skills
• Excellent communication and organisational ability
• Target-driven and resilient
•
