Recruitment Consultant – Driving / Logistics

Location: Gatwick, West Sussex

Employment: Full-time, 5 days in the office

Salary: Up to £30,000 basic + uncapped commission + bonus potential

Your Mission

• Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates in driving, logistics, and commercial roles
• Build and nurture strong client relationships across multiple sectors
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from lead prospecting to placement and follow-up
• Deliver exceptional service while driving growth and results
