Recruitment Consultant – Exceptional Earning Potential/Uncapped Commission

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join a growing, forward-thinking recruitment organisation. Role Overview

The successful candidate will manage a full 360 recruitment desk, building and maintaining client relationships, sourcing and placing high-quality candidates, and driving business development. This role offers autonomy, the tools required to succeed, and the opportunity to specialise across multiple sectors and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a complete recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to placement
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Maximise revenue generation through strategic desk management
• Operate independently while contributing to the overall growth of the business

Remuneration and Benefits

• Competitive basic salary up to £35,000 (depending on experience)
• Uncapped commission at a flat 15% with no threshold
• Clear potential to achieve £60,000–£70,000+ OTE, with further growth opportunities
• Access to a full LinkedIn Recruiter licence and other professional tools
• Opportunity to mentor and develop junior consultants, earning override commission

Markets and Scope

• Recruitment across UK, European, and US markets – the company covers sectors that includes logistics, manufacturing, commercial, engineering, construction & executive search
• Opportunity to specialise in sectors aligned with previous experience
• Support and resources to manage high-value client relationships

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally with a strong track record of billings
• Commercially driven, motivated, and results-focused
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Able to operate autonomously while meeting business objectives
• Resilient and proactive with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service

Working Environment

Office-based, five days per week
