Job Title: Business Support Recruiter – Southend-on-Sea

Overview:

A fast-growing recruitment business in Southend-on-Sea is seeking a high-performing 360 recruiter to join its team. This role is ideal for an ambitious, commercially-driven recruiter who consistently delivers high billings and thrives across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full 360 recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, placing, and managing candidates and clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across multiple sectors
• Manage your own desk, consistently achieving and exceeding billing targets
• Identify new business opportunities and develop client networks
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery and candidate experience

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven success as a 360 recruiter in the Southend area
• Strong track record of high billings (Ideally £200k+ per year)
• Experience recruiting across multiple business support functions (administration, finance, HR, customer service, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Ambition to grow within a high-performing, dynamic team environment
