We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Delivery Consultant to join our growing financial services recruitment team in Brighton. This role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and managing high-quality candidates for a range of financial services clients across banking, insurance, fintech, wealth management, and professional services.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting recruiters and account managers by delivering exceptional candidate pipelines, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with recruitment delivery, resourcing, talent acquisition, or financial services hiring experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Delivery & Sourcing
- Source high-quality candidates for permanent, contract, and interim financial services roles.
- Use LinkedIn, job boards, CRM systems, networking, referrals, and headhunting techniques to identify talent.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across specialist markets.
- Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess suitability against client requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate process from initial engagement through to placement.
Client Support
- Work closely with Recruitment Consultants and Account Managers to understand client hiring needs.
- Deliver shortlists within agreed timelines and quality expectations.
- Provide market insight including salary benchmarking, talent availability, and competitor activity.
- Ensure a high level of responsiveness and professionalism in all client interactions.
Candidate Management
- Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain regular communication throughout recruitment processes.
- Prepare candidates for interviews and manage feedback effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM/ATS system.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage.
Market & Business Development Support
- Develop knowledge of the financial services market including key employers, hiring trends, and skill shortages.
- Support business development activity through candidate mapping and market research.
- Contribute to team targets and recruitment campaigns.
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, talent acquisition, or delivery recruitment.
- Experience recruiting within financial services, professional services, or regulated sectors preferred.
- Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting capability.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
- Target-driven mindset with strong organisational skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and CRM/ATS systems.
