THE ROLE

This is a full 360 position within a well-established generalist division, placing permanent candidates across a broad sector remit - admin, customer service, finance, marketing, sales, and more - into a strong client base across the South East.

You'll be building your own desk - whilst working on warm leads, generating new business, and managing client relationships from first conversation through to placement and beyond. The kind of relationships where clients come back because they trust you, not because they've run out of other options.

You won't be dropped into the deep end with no support. There's a proper onboarding programme, experienced colleagues around you, and a management team that understands what quality recruitment actually looks like.

Experience in recruitment is important - ideally in a 360 generalist role, though strong billers from other sectors are absolutely worth a conversation.
