Recruitment Consultant – Tech Focus (5-Day Week, £30k+OTE)

About the Role

We’re looking for motivated Recruitment Consultants to join a high-performing, career-driven tech recruitment team. You’ll focus on sourcing top talent across Java, DevOps, and Software Engineering roles for clients primarily in Scandinavia (Finland, Norway, Germany).

This is a fully office-based role with a supportive, ambitious team. Expect a fast-paced, target-driven environment where strong performance is recognized and rewarded. Looking for recruiters that bill £200k+ annually.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for tech positions, permanent and contract.
• Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
• Hit monthly billings targets (£12.5k for Consultants, £20k for Seniors) with high earning potential.
• Prepare and present candidate shortlists and case studies.
• Collaborate with a tight-knit team of six in an open-plan office.

What We Offer

• Base salary up to £30k, plus uncapped commission:
• Consultants: 12.5% commission (rises to 17.5% after 3 deals/month)
• Senior Consultants: 17.5% commission (rises to 20.5% after 3 deals/month)
