We’re looking for a 180 Delivery Recruitment Consultant to connect top tech talent with exciting roles across European markets. Working with corporates, SMEs, and start-ups. You’ll handle a mixture of retained and contingency recruitment, covering both contract and permanent positions, all from our vibrant Brighton office.

Basic salary up to £35k doe plus commission, ideally office based full time, but flexibility to work a hybrid pattern for experienced recruiters.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a 180 Delivery Recruitment Consultant
• Track record of delivering against high-calibre roles for corporates, SMEs, and start-ups
• Experience working across European markets
• Exposure to retained and contingency recruitment
• Experience handling both contract and permanent roles
• Consistent ability to bill and exceed targets
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Cool under pressure, quick thinker, and solution-oriented
• Strong motivation and ambition – you’re driven by success
• Strong educational background, graduate preferred
• Experience in tech recruitment is a big advantage
