Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience.
• Proven billing track record of £150k+ per year.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to succeed.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Expertise in your chosen recruitment sector (perm, contract, or temp desks).
• UK registered or willing to register your business in the UK.

Day-to-Day

• Manage your recruitment desk and pipeline with complete independence.
• Use the provided CRM system, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter or Indeed CV database to source top talent.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Focus on delivering results while we handle invoicing, payroll, compliance, and other back-office tasks.
• Grow your business and brand with the support of a dedicated team.
