Senior Recruitment Consultant – Finance (Accountancy, Tax & Treasury, Legal)

Location: Hove Hybrid – 3 Days in Office or fully remote option 

Salary: Up to £45,000 + Unrivalled Commission Structure

We are working exclusively with a highly regarded, boutique recruitment consultancy in Hove, who are seeking an experienced 360 Finance Recruitment Consultant. The Opportunity

As part of a specialist finance recruitment team, you will take full ownership of a 360 recruitment desk focused on accountancy, tax, and treasury roles across a broad client base. You’ll be responsible for identifying and winning new business, developing long-term client relationships, and delivering a high-quality, consultative recruitment service from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

• Proven 360 recruitment experience, ideally in finance recruitment
• Strong knowledge of accountancy, tax, or treasury markets is highly desirable
• Consistent billing record (e.g. £200k+ annually)
• Confident in business development, client management, and candidate engagement
• Motivated, professional, and commercially minded
