360 Consultant – Brighton | Up to £50K basic DOE plus commission up to 30% depending on billings. Working 3 days a week in the office, 2 days from work.
We’re seeking an experienced 360 Consultant to join our retained executive search practice, specialising in Fintech, SaaS, and AI. You’ll work closely with founders, CEOs, and investor groups to identify and place C-suite and go-to-market leaders who can deliver results in high-growth environments.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building client relationships, understands the investment landscape, and is motivated by delivering search outcomes under tight timelines.
What You'll Do
Client Partnership & Business Development
- Build and maintain relationships with VC/PE portfolio companies, founders, and CEOs
- Drive net-new business development
- Attend industry events to expand your network and establish market presence
- Navigate investor timelines and expectations
Executive Search Delivery
- Lead retained searches for C-suite and VP-level positions
- Manage the full search cycle from briefing through placement
- Oversee a dedicated delivery team of researchers and recruiters
- Ensure quality and consistency across all engagements
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Knowledge
- 5+ years in retained executive search (or senior contingent experience ready for a step up)
- Understanding of VC and PE-backed growth environments
- Strong record of client development and relationship building
- Experience in executive and GTM hiring across industries
