Our client, a high-performance recruitment firm specialising in the STEM sector, is seeking a motivated and commercially-minded 360 Recruiter to join their team. What’s on Offer:

• Competitive Base Salary: Up to £35,000 per year, depending on experience

• Uncapped Commission: 10–25%, enabling high performers to significantly increase their earnings

• On-Target Earnings (OTE) Year 1: £40,000–£50,000, with top performers achieving £80,000+

• US Market Exposure: Work aligned to US hours, offering exceptional earning potential through high-value clients

Working Hours:

• Monday–Thursday aligned to US market hours
