Recruitment Consultant – 360 Recruitment
Location: Woking, Surrey
Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE + Commission up to 25% based on billings
Hours: Office-based, 5 days per week

Their consultative approach has built long-standing relationships with clients and candidates alike, and now they’re looking for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join their office-based team.
The Opportunity – True 360 Recruitment
In this role you’ll be empowered to manage your own desk end to end, adding real value for clients and candidates every step of the way:
- Win and develop new business through relationship‑led sales and market insight
- Manage and grow existing accounts to deepen partnerships
- Identify and attract great talent for commercial and industrial roles
- Deliver a consultative service from brief to offer, ensuring high-quality placements
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, reflecting the company’s reputation for professionalism

- Have commercial or industrial agency recruitment experience (temp, perm, or dual desk)
