Recruitment Consultant – Commercial (360)

Salary: Up to £45,000 basic - Up to 40% Commission - 4pm Finish Every Friday

With deep local market knowledge and long-standing client partnerships, they focus on professional, commercial and office support recruitment. 

They are now looking for an ambitious 360 recruiter to join their Epsom office and build on that reputation.

The Opportunity

This is a true 360 role where you’ll be trusted to manage your own desk with autonomy and accountability.

You will:

• Develop new business through proactive, relationship-led business development
• Manage and grow existing client accounts
• Source and engage high-quality commercial professionals
• Deliver a consultative recruitment process from brief to placement
• Build long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates

The focus here is on credibility, service quality and repeat business, not aggressive KPIs or call-count targets.
