Construction (White- & Blue-Collar)

Office-based in Maidstone, Kent – onsite 5 days a week,

Salary & Commission

• Basic salary up to £35,000 (DOE)
• 20% commission, uncapped, outstanding earning potential
• Warm desk with existing relationships, active clients, and live vacancies
• Immediate start available - they will hire before Christmas

A specialist recruitment business operating within the construction sector, supporting major contractors across the UK with both blue-collar labour and white-collar professional hires.

Role Overview

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will run the full recruitment desk end-to-end — managing client relationships, securing new opportunities, sourcing candidates, and driving placements across construction roles. This position offers autonomy, progression, and exceptional earning potential for someone with ambition.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a warm desk with existing clients and active vacancies
• Build and nurture relationships with construction companies, site managers, and key decision makers
• Conduct business development to grow your desk further and increase market share
• Source skilled candidates across blue- and white-collar roles using job boards, social media, and your networks
• Register, interview, and qualify candidates
• Arrange interviews, manage offers, and oversee the full placement process
• Maintain CRM/ATS records and ensure compliance
• Hit agreed KPIs and revenue targets

Person Specification

We are looking for someone who is:

• Hungry, ambitious and money-motivated
• Energetic, driven, and able to thrive in a sales-based environment
• Confident, outgoing, and able to build rapport quickly
• Experienced in construction recruitment (white collar, blue collar, or both)
• A proven 360 recruiter OR an experienced resourcer ready to step up
• Resilient, target-driven, and not afraid of business development
• Organised, pro-active, and capable of managing multiple roles at once
• Local to Maidstone or within commutable distance
