The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant with a background in white-collar construction, engineering or related technical recruitment to take on a desk within Design Management. This is a warm-desk role, replacing someone that has worked it for 12 years, ideal for someone who thrives by managing and growing existing client relationships, while identifying new opportunities within a trusted, repeat client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment cycle for permanent and interim roles within the Design Management space
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients and candidates.
- Act as the main point of contact on a warm desk, ensuring continuity and quality delivery.
- Conduct market research, candidate sourcing, interviewing and shortlisting.
- Provide consultative talent advice to clients, matching market insight with client needs.
- Exceed performance targets, contribute to team targets and uphold high service standards.
