They are now seeking driven and experienced 360 Recruiters or commercially minded professionals eager to transition into recruitment to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into life sciences roles.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Identify and engage high-calibre professionals within the life sciences sector.
• Develop a deep understanding of client requirements to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Support the business in achieving its ambitious growth strategy across multiple global markets.
• Deliver an exceptional recruitment experience built on trust, transparency, and professionalism.

• Experience: Proven success as a 360 recruiter (life sciences experience is a plus) or a strong commercial/sales background seeking a transition into recruitment.
• Results Driven: Highly motivated, ambitious, and focused on achieving targets.
• Relationship Builder: Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with individuals at all levels.
• Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Passionate: Excited about working in a people-focused industry and contributing to a global, growing business.
