Up to £40k basic DOE + uncapped commission (up to 35%)
An established and growing specialist recruitment business is seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join its team in Camberley. This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Engineering & Manufacturing sector, developing strong client and candidate relationships and playing a key role in driving business growth.
About the Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Build, maintain and grow long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Source and attract top talent for a variety of roles across the UK
- Negotiate terms of business and secure long-term client partnerships
- Provide a seamless and professional candidate and client experience
- Collaborate with the wider team to achieve shared goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working within a recruitment environment
- Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines
- A team player with initiative and drive
- Proactive and motivated to succeed
- Hybrid / flexible working (3 days office, 2 days WFH)
- Uncapped commission up to 35%
- Early finish Fridays (3pm) – 37.5 hour working week
