360 Recruiter – Legal / Professional Services

Location: Brighton (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days WFH after probation)

Hours Core 10am-4pm, can start and finish when suits you as long as 37.5 hours worked per week.

Salary: Basic up to £40k DOE + Uncapped Commission (Top Billers £150k OTE) WARM DESK!

• Placing paralegals through to senior solicitors across the Home Counties
• Building long-term relationships with clients who value your expertise

• Experienced 360 recruiter – legal or professional services background preferred
• Permanent recruitment experience
• Confident, driven, and motivated by hitting targets and maximising earnings
