???? Office-based (4 days) + Fridays WFH | £40k – £60k DOE + Commission | Europe & US Markets

We’re a specialist Life Sciences recruitment team of 11, working across Europe and the US. Every consultant runs their own vertical – from BD Directors to Commercial CRO roles – giving you complete ownership and room to grow into a true market expert.

???? Earning Potential:

• Consultants: Up to £40k base + uncapped commission (our top recruiter bills  £500k a year)
• Expect to be billing £200k+ annually if you’re established

• Mon–Thu: Office-based, 8:30 – 5:00
• Fri: Work from home, early finish at 4:00

• Dedicated trainer onsite once a week
• Bullhorn CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter licences, Paiger AI & Lusha at your fingertips

• Experienced 360 Recruiters (min. 1 year) – Life Sciences/Pharma/Engineering ideally, but open to other technical markets
• Proven Billers – £200k+ annually if experienced

• Dual Desk or Specialist: Choose perm, contract, or run a 50/50 desk
