Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of your exclusive territory (Primary, Secondary, or SEN).
• Build and manage a 360 recruitment desk, connecting schools with top-tier candidates.
• Deliver a high-quality, compliant service to both schools and candidates.
• Drive business growth within your region, leveraging your expertise and network.
• Collaborate with the wider franchise network and leadership team for support and guidance.

• Proven experience as an education recruiter (Primary, Secondary, or SEN).
• A strong track record of running a 360 desk with autonomy.
• Confidence and ambition to build and manage your own exclusive territory.
• Passion for delivering exceptional service and maintaining compliance standards.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a remote-first environment.

• Proactively source and place candidates in schools across your territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and education professionals.
• Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing to placement.
• Leverage the provided tools, including a tailored CRM, LinkedIn licence, and marketing support, to grow your business.
• Submit timesheets and enjoy weekly payments without the hassle of chasing invoices.
