We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing client relationships, sourcing high-quality candidates, and achieving placement targets across assigned sectors or industries.
This role requires strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from vacancy briefing to candidate placement
- Write and advertise job vacancies across multiple platforms
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess suitability
- Match candidates to appropriate roles based on skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews and manage feedback between clients and candidates
- Negotiate offers, salaries, and placement terms
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the CRM/ATS system
- Meet individual and team KPIs, targets, and revenue goals
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity
- Ensure compliance with recruitment legislation and company policies
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or business development preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Commercially driven with a target-oriented mindset
- Confident negotiation and influencing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software/ATS systems
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
