We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded 360 Recruitment Consultant. This is a full-cycle role where you’ll manage the entire recruitment process—from business development and client management to candidate sourcing and placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification to offer stage
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles
• Write and advertise job descriptions across multiple platforms
• Negotiate offers and close deals effectively
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions

Requirements

• Previous experience in a 360 recruitment role or strong sales background
• Proven track record of achieving targets and KPIs
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain relationships
