Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification to offer stage
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles
- Write and advertise job descriptions across multiple platforms
- Negotiate offers and close deals effectively
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions
Requirements
- Previous experience in a 360 recruitment role or strong sales background
- Proven track record of achieving targets and KPIs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain relationships
