- Description
We're looking for an experienced delivery consultant to join a well-established professional services recruitment firm based in Brighton/Hove. This isn't a role for someone looking to break into recruitment — it's an opportunity for a proven biller to hit the ground running on a strong desk with existing clients, large fees, and a collaborative team behind them.
You'll be working across an impressive client base that includes three of the Big Four consultancies alongside a number of boutique firms, with exposure to both UK and US markets depending on your background.
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering across established client accounts in professional services
- Working closely with account managers to fulfil roles efficiently
- Building your understanding of client needs, processes, and culture
- Developing your desk within a supportive, experienced team
What We're Looking For
Experience
- 18 months minimum in a professional services recruitment firm — ideally 12 to 36 months
- A consistent billing track record (we care more about consistency than one good year)
- Clear career progression and a genuine, coherent reason for each move
- Strong communication skills at a professional services level — with both clients and candidates
Sector Background
We're open. Candidates from legal, tech, finance, pharma, and semiconductors have all thrived here. Financial services experience is not a requirement — we hire on the individual.
The Package
- Competitive basic salary
- Strong commission structure
- Access to an established client base with large fees
- Clear pathway to greater autonomy and flexible working
Working Pattern
For the first six months, we ask for two to three days a week in the Brighton/Hove office. This is about learning the team, the clients, and the way we work — not a box-ticking exercise. Once you're established and billing, remote flexibility increases. Longer term, our team works in a way that suits them.
