The Role

We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant (perm focus) to join our growing team. While insurance market experience is ideal, we’re also open to consultants from professional services (finance, medical, corporate) backgrounds – just not high-volume temp/contract sectors.

You’ll have the freedom to build your desk without being burdened by rigid KPIs. Success here is measured by relationships, quality of delivery, and sustainable billings.

What We Offer

• Clear earning trajectory:

  • Year 1: £90k target billings

  • Year 2: £120k target

  • Experienced recruiters: £200k+ target

• Commission: 22.5% (with variable threshold c.£4–7k/month)

• Quarterly bonus scheme

What We’re Looking For

• A recruiter with experience in insurance, financial services, medical, or professional services recruitment

• Strong track record of billing, ideally £90k+ annually

• Stable CV (we value commitment over “jumpy” moves)

• Someone who thrives in a people-first, non-KPI-driven environment

• Must be able to commute to our Billericay office (car essential)
