Location: Brighton (fully flexible: remote, hybrid, or office-based)
Salary: £30k base + 30% commission, uncapped

The Role
- Manage 6–7 client accounts, building strong relationships and driving business growth.
- Hunt, connect, and engage top financial services talent via LinkedIn and other channels.
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions with complete autonomy.
- Play a pivotal role in expanding new recruitment verticals in Europe.
