The Role – True 360 Recruitment

This is a full 360 position with real scope to build and grow:

• Winning new business and developing long-term client partnerships
• Managing and expanding existing accounts
• Headhunting and sourcing high-calibre finance professionals
• Managing the full process from brief to offer negotiation
• Building your own specialist market presence

You’ll have the freedom to run your desk like a business, with leadership support when you need it, not micromanagement.
