Up to £35k basic + uncapped commission - Full office-based role - Utilities & Infrastructure focus
Are you a passionate recruiter with full‑cycle experience and deep local sector knowledge? We’re looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join a specialist team in East Grinstead that connects skilled professionals with key opportunities in the Utilities & Highways Infrastructure sectors - including water, gas, electricity, and communications.
This is a true 360 recruitment role, ideal for someone who knows how to own the process from business development through to placement and delivery. You’ll be joining a team that values quality relationships, sector expertise, and exceptional service.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent and contract roles across utilities, highways and related infrastructure.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates in your specialist sectors.
- Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored, value‑added recruitment solutions.
- Deliver high‑quality candidate shortlists and manage ongoing pipelines with professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal colleagues to deliver seamless service and exceed client expectations.
What You’ll Earn & Benefits
- Up to £35,000 basic salary (dependent on experience).
