The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced recruiter to join our growing datacentre and infrastructure desk. This is a delivery-focused (180) role, you'll be working a warm, active desk with live client requirements from day one, backed by an established client base and a team that knows this market inside out.
You'll be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing candidates across the built environment of the datacentre sector — non-technical infrastructure roles including project management, site management, construction management, commissioning, and M&E delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
- Sourcing and placing candidates across built datacentre and infrastructure projects in the UK and internationally
- Managing end-to-end delivery: headhunting, screening, briefing, managing offers and start processes
- Building strong candidate relationships in a candidate-short, specialist market
- Working closely with the business development team to understand live briefs and client needs
- Keeping a close eye on the market - knowing who's available, who's active, and what's moving
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years' recruitment experience, ideally within built environment, construction, datacentre, infrastructure, or a related technical sector
- A genuine understanding of the built environment - you don't need to be an engineer, but you need to understand the roles, the projects, and the people
- Strong sourcing skills - LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, direct headhunting, referral networks
- Someone who takes ownership of their desk and doesn't need to be chased to perform
- Comfortable working at pace in a market where good candidates move fast
