What You’ll Do

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for permanent and contract roles.

• Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.

• Drive business growth while leveraging support from delivery and sales teams.

• Deliver high-quality recruitment solutions in IT, Construction, Engineering, and Life Sciences.

About You

• Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally in multiple sectors.

• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Self-motivated, professional, and client-focused.

• Based within 45 minutes of East Grinstead (by train or car) and comfortable with hybrid working.
