Location: Redhill (4 days office-based, 1 day WFH)

Salary: Up to £45,000 basic + uncapped commission

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a 360 recruiter, confident in both business development and delivery

• Background in Automation, Pharma or Life Sciences recruitment preferred, but we will also consider recruiters from Engineering or Manufacturing sectors

• Commercially driven, ambitious and comfortable working with international clients

• Motivated by results and reward, with a passion for working in high-demand technical markets
