Recruitment Consultant (360)
Location: Redhill (4 days office-based, 1 day WFH)
Salary: Basic salary up to £40,000 OTE £70K+ commission 10-30% based on billings, no threshold + benefits
The Opportunity
We’re hiring for a specialist recruitment consultancy based in Redhill that is focused on growth, performance and market leadership. This is a full 360 recruitment role for an experienced, sales-driven recruiter who wants to build a profitable desk and be rewarded properly for results.
The business is particularly interested in recruiters with experience in engineering, automotive, commercial, IT, medical devices, BMS or HVAC markets, though strong 360 recruiters from aligned sectors will also be considered.
You’ll have the autonomy to run your market like your own business, supported by an established brand with a reputation for quality, credibility and delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving new business through proactive sales activity, networking and relationship building
- Developing and growing a client portfolio within your specialist sector
- Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle — from business development through to placement
- Working multiple live vacancies and delivering consistently against revenue targets
- Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and expand client relationships
- Negotiating fees, terms and offers with confidence and commercial focus
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
- Background in engineering, automotive, commercial, IT, medical devices, BMS or HVAC recruitment
- Strong new business development capability with a sales-led mindset
- Confidence in pitching, negotiating and influencing decision-makers
- Resilient, competitive and motivated by earnings and progression
- Uncapped commission with genuine high earning potential
