360 Recruitment Consultant – Haywards Heath (Hybrid working)

What You’ll Do

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment from business development and candidate sourcing to offer and placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in your specialist markets.
• Proactively win new business via networking, market insight and consultative sales.
• Deliver exceptional recruitment service and hit or exceed targets each month.
• Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and recommend top talent solutions.

• Financial Services & Banking (e.g., corporate banking, fintech, investment banking, private equity, payments, wealth management)
• Accounting & Finance (e.g., audit, FP&A, corporate finance, tax, treasury)

• Supply Chain, Procurement & Operations (e.g., logistics, planning, procurement, operational excellence)
