About the Role
We’re seeking a high-performing 360 Recruitment Consultant to join an ambitious talent consultancy that specialises in placing finance professionals across markets and industries, from SME to executive search. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and business development through to placement and post-placement care, building deep client partnerships and delivering outstanding results.
You’ll be working with high-calibre clients and candidates, supported by a market-leading training programme and mentoring from senior leaders.
What You’ll Earn
- Up to £40,000 basic salary depending on experience.
