360 IT Recruiter (SaaS Industry)
Location: Reigate, Surrey (office-based 3 days/week, potentially 4 during first month)
Up to £40k doe, plus uncapped commission.
About the Role
We are looking for a hungry, proactive New Business Hunter to join a high-energy team focused on building strong commercial relationships in the SaaS ecosystem. You must enjoy business development, as it’s all about opening doors, generating pipeline, and winning new customers.
You will be at the forefront of commercial growth, identifying and engaging new business opportunities across geographic regions (UK/EU/EMEA) with a focus on SaaS-driven buyers. You’ll be supported by our delivery consultants so you can stay focused on the hunt.
What You’ll Do
New Business Acquisition
- Aggressively target and win new accounts in the SaaS technology space.
- Build a strong, active pipeline through outbound outreach (phone, email, social).
Multi-Channel Prospecting
- Confidently pick up the phone, send tailored outreach, and create authentic digital engagement.
- Present and pitch solutions that genuinely help potential client businesses.
Client Engagement
- Establish initial meetings, uncover needs, and qualify opportunities.
- Represent the company face-to-face and via virtual channels with professionalism and confidence.
Pipeline & Brand Development
- Own pipeline generation and reporting.
- Use digital media to elevate your personal and corporate brand.
Collaboration
- Hand over closed opportunities smoothly to delivery teams.
We’d love to hear from you if you tick these:
18+ months of New Business hunting experience (ideally in recruitment, tech, or SaaS sales)
Comfortable working from the office 3 days per week (Reigate with potential for 4 days during the first month)
Proven ability to generate and maintain a pipeline
Outbound mindset, willing to pick up the phone and engage prospects directly
Strong communicator via face-to-face meetings and digital engagement
