Recruitment Consultant – 360 Temporaries Desk (Industrial sector)
Location: Crawley, West Sussex, 3-5 days in the office, hybrid working.
Salary: Up to £35,000 basic + exceptional uncapped commission

What You’ll Do:
- Build a temp desk in industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or logistics
- Develop new client relationships and manage candidate pipelines
- Drive revenue and placements from scratch
