Senior Contract Recruiter – Engineering

Location: Crawley / Hybrid

Salary: Up to £45,000 basic (potentially more DOE) + £100k+ realistic OTE

Market: UK and/or US Engineering Contracts

A well-established, growth-focused recruitment business in Crawley is looking for an experienced Contracts Consultant to take ownership of building a contractor book within the engineering sector.

Whether your experience lies in the UK or US market (or both), the business is open-minded, what matters most is that you’re a proven biller with the ambition to grow something substantial.
