As we move into 2026, we’re growing and we’re hiring an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a warm, active desk with immediate billing potential.
???? The Desk – Warm & Active
This is not a cold start.
You will inherit:
- Existing, revenue-generating client relationships
- Live vacancies from day one
- Repeat and retained business
- An established candidate network

There is genuine opportunity to bill immediately while continuing to grow and shape the desk as your own.
???? The Role – Full 360 Ownership
This is true end-to-end recruitment.
You will:
- Manage and expand existing accounts
- Develop new business within a buoyant Rec2Rec market
- Take detailed client briefs
- Headhunt and qualify high-performing recruiters
- Manage interviews, negotiations, and offers
- Close deals and maximise fees
- Build long-term partnerships and recurring revenue
You’ll operate with real autonomy and commercial ownership.
???? Salary & Commission Structure
We believe strong billing should be properly rewarded.
- Basic salary up to £35,000 (DOE)
- No threshold - earn from your very first placement
- Commission starting at 10% of billings
- Increasing up to 50% depending on total billing performance
- Uncapped earning potential
- High average invoice values
