You need to be sales focused, persuasive, influential, and confident in your market. You need to enjoy winning business, building relationships, and having commercial conversations. But this is not cold calling into a void or battling endless gatekeepers.

This means your role as a 360 recruiter is very different. Yes, you will win business and grow accounts. You will be expected to develop new relationships and expand existing ones. Rec 2 Rec is fast-paced, direct, and commercial. You deal directly with owners and directors. Conversations are honest, decisive, and often move quickly from introduction to offer. In many ways, it feels like recruitment 'back in the day'. Less red tape. Fewer barriers. More momentum. More results.
You will work in a small, hands on team alongside a senior recruiter with 26 years in recruitment and 20 years in Rec 2 Rec. This is proper, on the job exposure to how a high performing Rec 2 Rec desk actually runs. There are no layers, no corporate noise, and no micromanagement.
Our commission structure is genuinely standout, paying up to 50%. Performance is rewarded properly and transparently. The better you perform, the more you earn.
We operate a hybrid model with just 2 days per week in our Horsham office, which is a brisk 4 to 5 minute walk from Horsham train station, so being a car driver or car owner is not essential. Flexibility around hours and part time working is fully supported.
