Part-Time Business Development 180 Recruitment Consultant – Fully Remote

Up to £40k pro rata DOE plus uncapped commission

We are working with a privately owned, independent recruitment consultancy specialising in temporary, contract, and permanent Corporate and Professional Services roles across London and Bristol. Seeking a Business Development Consultant to focus entirely on expanding one of three key verticals:

• Membership markets
• Construction & Property
• Social Enterprise / Green Space sectors

This is a business development-focused role with the freedom to shape your market. You’ll leverage an established brand, strong candidate networks, and a collaborative culture to win business and build long-term client relationships.

Your target clients include head office and business operations professionals, such as:

• Office Managers
• Executive Assistants
• Project Managers & Coordinators
• Property and Facilities staff

Your Profile

• Proven experience in commercial, events, or marketing recruitment.
• Alternatively, experience in business support recruitment with knowledge of the London market.
• Confident, personable, and proactive, with a strong cultural fit.
• Self-motivated with a genuine interest in building long-term relationships.
