Fully Remote 360 Recruiter – Travel Sector Specialist

Are you a sales‑driven recruitment professional with genuine agency experience gained within the travel sector? We’re looking for a remote 360 Recruiter to join a boutique recruitment team with deep travel expertise and a reputation for ethical service and real impact.

As a 360 Recruiter, this is your desk:

• Full 360 recruitment: end‑to‑end ownership from first outreach to placement.
• Business development & sales: hunt, pitch and win new clients across travel, tourism and related markets.
• Candidate attraction: source, assess and present top‑flight talent to clients who value quality and culture fit.
• Relationship architect: build long‑term partnerships with both clients and candidates.
• Revenue focus: deliver against billing targets with uncapped commission.

Essential skills:

• Previous experience in agency recruitment, with a strong focus on the travel industry or adjacent sectors.
• A sales mindset - you love winning new business as much as closing placements.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills, you build credibility fast.
• Comfortable working fully remote, self‑motivated and results‑oriented.

Compensation

• Base salary up to £40,000
• Uncapped commission
