The Role: Business Development Consultant

An exciting opportunity for a Business Development Consultant to help expand one of three key verticals: 

• Membership markets
• Construction & Property
• Social Enterprise / Green Space sectors 

This is a business development role focused on winning business that specialises in high-quality head office and business operations professionals, including: 

• Office Managers
• Executive Assistants
• Project Managers
• Project Coordinators
• Property and Facilities staff 

You’ll have the freedom to shape your market, supported by an established brand, strong candidate networks, and a collaborative team culture.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in the commercial, events, or marketing recruitment space preferred.
• Alternatively, experience in business support recruitment with knowledge of the London market.
• Self-motivated with a genuine interest in building long-term relationships.

Working Setup:

• Fully remote role with one day per week in the London office if you’d like
• Flexible/part-time options available ideal for returners or working parents seeking balance.
