Temporary Commercial Recruitment Consultant – Tunbridge Wells, Kent (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £35k plus uncapped commission

Are you a driven recruiter ready to rebuild and grow a commercial temp desk? Our client is seeking a Temporary Commercial Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a temp desk with existing placements and immediate revenue potential.

Who we’re looking for

• Strong outbound sales ability, previous recruitment expertise and confidence on the phone

• Ability to build and nurture strong client relationships

• Commercially motivated with a focus on earning and growth

• Driving licence required for client visits across the Southeast
