£25,000–£29,000 (37.5 hours per week)

Are you highly organised, detail-driven and looking to build a career within recruitment and business operations?
We’re looking for a proactive Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our growing team in the heart of Royal Tunbridge Wells. This is a pivotal role supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, from compliance and contracts to onboarding and operational projects.
Working closely with the Operations Manager, you’ll ensure our contractors, clients and internal processes run seamlessly. For the right candidate, there is also exciting scope to expand into branding, website and social media management.
What You’ll Be Doing
Recruitment Compliance & Contracts
You’ll be central to ensuring accuracy, efficiency and compliance across the recruitment process:
- Conducting compliance checks and managing candidate references (GDPR compliant)
- Drafting contractor and client contracts
- Issuing contracts via Adobe Sign and tracking signature status
- Logging and chasing outstanding documentation
- Maintaining accurate electronic filing systems
- Chasing client Purchase Orders and logging for invoicing
- Managing client Framework agreements and monitoring expiry dates
- Ensuring contractor records and logs remain up to date
You’ll play a key role in safeguarding compliance standards while delivering a smooth experience for both clients and contractors.
Recruitment Operations & Business Support
This role goes beyond administration — you’ll contribute to broader operational excellence:
- Supporting business compliance initiatives (ISO certification, Carbon Emissions certifications, industry awards)
- Managing professional memberships and certification renewals
- Office management and supplier coordination
- Creating and updating company documentation (org charts, forms, spreadsheets, questionnaires)
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assisting with company events — including fully expensed summer & winter parties, charity events and team-building activities
- Supporting ad hoc operational and recruitment projects
Development Opportunity – Digital & Brand Support (Desirable)
For the right candidate, this role can expand into marketing and brand development.
Website Management & SEO
- Editing and improving website content and user experience
- Applying SEO fundamentals (keyword research, optimisation, meta tags, internal linking)
- Supporting AI-driven and generative search visibility
- Monitoring website performance and analytics
Branding & Design
- Creating branded materials using Canva
- Maintaining consistent tone of voice and visual identity
- Preparing internal and external presentations, reports and one-pagers
Content & Social Media
- Creating monthly blog content
- Managing LinkedIn & Instagram (minimum three posts per week)
- Scheduling content and tracking performance metrics
- Supporting engagement and brand awareness growth
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Competent Excel and Word skills (comfortable with formatting and basic functions)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Desirable:
- Recruitment or compliance experience
- Website or SEO knowledge
- Canva or design experience
- Social media management experience
- Analytics/reporting familiarity
